We’re Jesse and Emilia Domnaru, a Romanian-American couple building a real estate business rooted in Southwest Virginia. Casa Domnaru means “the Domnaru home” — and that’s the feeling we want every client to have: looked after, understood, and spoken to plainly in English, Spanish, or Romanian.
Our backgrounds are in public safety, first response, and home renovation. That’s not a typical path into real estate, and that’s the point: we bring calm judgment, an eye for the details that matter in a house, and a protection-minded approach to one of the biggest decisions of your life.
